University of South Africa (UNISA) in partnership with its subsidiary, Unisa Enterprise hosted a Supplier day on the 9th of May at Pretoria Main Campus, Muckleneuk with 250 Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) beneficiaries. The event served as a strategic platform to connect UNISA with its existing and potential suppliers, while fostering a collaborative environment that empowers its supplier base for continued growth.
The Event was attended by industry experts and business leaders, Mr Sbusiso Mthembu, Acting Director of Supply Chain at UNISA and Mr Lesetsa Matshekga, Executive Chairman of Unisa Enterprise and Ms Qinisile Delwa, Acting Director General for Small Business Development and Ms Linda Maqoma, President of Advancement of Black Accountants of Southern Africa (ABASA). The panel members had representatives from Small Enterprise Finance Agency (SEFA), ABSA, ABASA, National Empowerment Fund (NEF) and BBBEE Commission.
