The ESD Short Course is designed to deliver a holistic approach to learning, it will give priority to Industrialisation, Localisation, Transformation, Skills Development and Job Creation as integrated strategic areas in supply chain management. 

The ESD Short Course allows students to create their own unique program curriculum:

The students enrolled in this course can tailor the program framework, and create modules and assignments. 

It also allows students to customize their learning tutorials, with glaring examples, videos and best practices. 

Through the ESD short course, Unisa aims to amongst other objectives, to establish SMMEs as well as ensuring that these SMMEs are able to work independently, and in partnership with other SMMEs.
